By using a vivid photo and a “kid-friendly” definition as a starting point, this deck moves beyond simple memorization to help students truly “own” new words through four distinct, interactive pathways.

The 4 Interactive Dice Prompts

When students roll the Double Dice (sold separately), they are challenged to interact with the target word in one of four ways:

• Synonyms: Finding “hidden” words that mean the same thing to expand their internal thesaurus.

• Sentence Usage: Applying the word in a personal or situational sentence to demonstrate functional mastery.

• Which Word Doesn’t Belong: Strengthening semantic boundaries by identifying words that don’t fit the concept.

• Naming Related Items/Places/Situations: Connecting the word to real-world contexts and associated ideas.
