Enhance your students’ vocabulary and language flexibility with the Synonyms & Antonyms – Double Dice Add-On Deck! This engaging and interactive deck is designed to help students identify and replace words in context, improving their ability to express themselves precisely and effectively.

Each card features a colorful photograph and four sentences, each containing a highlighted target word. Students are challenged to replace the word with either a synonym or an antonym, depending on the card set—building both receptive and expressive vocabulary in a fun and structured way.

How It Works:

1. Place nine cards face down on the table.

2. A student rolls the double dice.

3. The outer die reveals a shape—flip over the card with the matching shape.

4. The inner die reveals a number (1–4)—read the corresponding sentence.

5. The student replaces the highlighted word with a synonym (Cards 1–27) or an antonym (Cards 28–54).

With 216 total substitution prompts (108 synonyms + 108 antonyms), students receive repeated, varied, and meaningful practice.
