These cards were constructed to help teenagers learn to interact appropriately with peers and adults in a variety of settings and circumstances. The card scenes highlight common social issues such as:

• dealing appropriately with a variety of emotions
• showing respect
• solving social dilemmas
• responding to difficult situations
• interacting appropriately with both peers and adults

Each card has a teenage-relevant photograph on one side and a short paragraph detailing a social situation on the reverse. Each social passage is followed by four open-ended pragmatic questions.
